Loved the comfortable bunk bed setup in the Deluxe Family Room. it felt fun and cozy. The room had plenty of charging points, and I appreciated the modern shower and toilet. The kitchenette was well stocked, perfect for family meals. Nearby, a convenience store made quick snacks easy. A six-minute walk to Takayama Station was perfect, but some attractions required a bit more walking. It would have been nice to have a daily trash bin cleaning and more kitchen utensils for cooking. Overall, a lovely stay with space for the entire family.

missingWrote a review on Oct 16dust miteslimited parking
Dust mites in the bedding caused both my partner and I to suffer allergy symptoms during our stay. Parking spots fill up quickly, leaving you scrambling for space. The pillows were uncomfortably small and getting in and out of bed was a hassle. No coffee or water in the room or breakfast options available was disappointing. The room wasn't cleaned daily, making it feel a bit neglected despite the initial cleanliness.

comfortable stay but some room for improvement
The Deluxe Family Room was spacious, and the bed setup was a major highlight for the kids, making it feel cozy and fun. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette that allowed for quick meals, contributing to a home-like atmosphere. The nearby onsen experience was delightful. it offered a relaxing retreat after long sightseeing days. The view of the city from the room provided a lovely backdrop during our stay, adding to our overall comfort and enjoyment.
Daily trash collection would have enhanced the overall cleanliness experience.

We spent four amazing nights here, and the room was so spacious and family-friendly! The washing machine was a lifesaver, and the shower experience was unbelievable. Only downside was the trash not being cleared daily.

Families will find it comfy
We had a big modern room it was spacious enough for the 3 of us. The couch was huge and perfect for relaxing after exploring all day. Plus we got a tip for sushi that was the best we had in all of Japan
It wasn't exactly cheap but still reasonable considering the quality.
